Each hunt runs for 10 days and depending upon which watershed being hunted, accommodations can consist of wall tents, the MV Island Spirit, or the Klinaklini cabin in the head of Knight Inlet.

Healthy runs of 5 different species of salmon return to the various streams and rivers of Knight Inlet each fall, which in turn bring the big bears searching for food in their preparation for their long winter sleep. It is on these streams and creeks that we set up using natural ground blinds and in some cases tree stands overlooking large holding pools of spawning salmon.
